Seit Anfang des Jahres verantwortet Philipp Leiding die neu geschaffene Rolle der Vertriebsleitung DACH. Damit schärfen wir unseren strategischen Fokus mit einem klaren Ziel: Kunden und Märkte künftig noch enger miteinander zu verbinden.
Philipp ist seit 2013 Teil von IDT und hat seine Vertriebsexpertise kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. Zuletzt verantwortete er regionale Vertriebsaktivitäten, bevor er zu Beginn dieses Jahres die zentrale Verantwortung für die gesamte DACH-Region übernommen hat.
Gleichzeitig markiert dieser Schritt einen wichtigen Übergang: Wolfgang Schmid, der den Vertrieb der Unternehmensgruppe über viele Jahre maßgeblich geprägt hat, begleitet die Neuausrichtung aktuell beratend und wird Mitte des Jahres vollständig aus dem aktiven Dienst ausscheiden.
Am Ende zählt Wirkung – nicht der Titel.
Deshalb schaffen wir klare Strukturen, handeln mit Respekt vor Erfahrung und verfolgen konsequent den Anspruch, Kunden und Partner heute wie morgen verlässlich zu unterstützen.

📍 Structures change. Responsibility remains.
Since the beginning of the year, Philipp Leiding has taken on the newly created role of Sales Manager DACH. With this step, we are strengthening our strategic focus with a clear goal: to bring customers and markets even closer together.
Philipp has been with IDT since 2013 and has continuously expanded his expertise. Most recently, he led regional sales activities before stepping into the central role overseeing the entire DACH region at the start of this year.
At the same time, this marks a significant transition. Wolfgang Schmid, our long-standing Managing Director who has shaped the group’s sales organization for many years, is supporting the realignment in an advisory capacity and will fully retire mid-year.
In the end, what matters is impact—not titles.
That’s why we create clear structures, act with respect for experience, and remain firmly committed to supporting customers and partners—today and tomorrow.
